I had heard good things about Original Flava, so was looking forward to finally trying it out, I left feeling underwhelmed. Those roast potatoes had no seasoning at all and tbh seemed as though they were of the frozen variety, which was a big let down for a key part of a roast lunch. I opted for the the Salmon option which was luke warm. For the price of £23 sadly it didn't hit the mark as other pub roast dinners do. I will go back though and give it another chance in the future .... Hope it improves!

I went here with a couple of friends and the food was nice and tastey. I think it wasn't quite 5 star, but might have been a 4.2-ish Service was good, but one of our dishes took a bit longer than the others Atmosphere was really good, the place was buzzing

Food came nicely presented but the tastes isn’t there. The jerk is sweet which is horrible and there is way too much rice for the amount of goat. I was expecting it to be better. If I could I would get a refund. The goat had a mix of hard and soft pieces of meat and the extra meat I ordered was full of bones and potato’s. Luckily I got a refund for that

Came for the Sunday roast and it was fantastic! I got the Jerk Chicken for only £15 and it was enough food to share. The jerk was smoky with a rich gravy. The Yorkshire was massive with a soft inner and crunchy outside. We reserved a table but it would be fine to walk up to.

I follow the brothers on Instagram so was happy to find out where this was place was and try the food. The atmosphere was very quiet which I'll put it down to the time we went, which was just after 4pm. I ordered the chickpea and plantain curry with rice and peas and side salad. The curry was delicious and something I would order again. I also ordered the rum wings which I decided to take home to eat later. They were delicious too. Now I know they are there I plan to go again.

I got the Sunday roast and there was a lot on the plate and a variety! Very tasty with a lot of flavour. The only thing was the service- it was a bit slow & staff were wearing ordinary clothes so it was hard to tell who worked there at the start.

We went to the Queen of the South in Tulse Hill for a the Sunday roast from original flava. We travelled from the south coast - 1.5 hours and weren’t disappointed. Chicken, lamb and goat options plus mac n cheese and crumble dessert were all incredible! The prince pitcher cocktail was spot on. Wish we lived closer!! The staff were attentive and chatty :)
